This regulation has updated and replaced previous European directives on consumer protection.

The GTC constitute an integral and essential part of every purchase contract entered into through www.futurartshop.com. Submitting an order implies automatic acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By placing an order on the website, the customer expressly accepts the GTC and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

• Wonder Srl: The company headquartered at Via Acate 23, 80124 Naples, Italy, registered with the Naples Companies Register under No. 923896. Tax Code and VAT ID: IT07994391212. It owns the domain www.futurartshop.com and manages the e-commerce platform operating on the website.

• Website: The website www.futurartshop.com, where the e-commerce platform operates.

• Platform: The e-commerce platform accessible through the website, enabling sellers to offer and sell goods to customers.

• Customer: A natural person of legal age or a legal entity registered on the website that, by placing an order, proposes to purchase a product and pay the relevant price via the platform. If the customer is a consumer under Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code, they benefit from specific legal protections.

• Order: A purchase request for a product submitted by the customer to the seller via the website, subject to the seller’s acceptance.

• Contract: The sales agreement between the customer and the seller, finalized upon the acceptance of the order and the payment of the product price.

• Purchase Voucher or Coupon: A document that can be purchased by the customer on the website, available for download in electronic format and/or printable, featuring a unique identification code that grants the customer a credit to be used within 90 days of purchase.

2. PURCHASE PROCESS

2.1 Customer Registration and Identification

To complete a purchase, customers must register on www.futurartshop.com, providing their personal information and authorizing its processing for order management and shipping purposes.

2.2 Order Compilation

Customers must fill out the electronic order form, specifying:

• Description and quantity of the selected product
• Total price (including applicable taxes and duties)
• Any shipping costs

• Delivery address and estimated shipping time
• Acceptance of the GTC and return policy

2.3 Order Submission and Payment

Orders are placed by selecting the "Order and Pay" button, whereby the customer acknowledges the obligation to pay.

The contract is finalized once the seller sends an order confirmation email containing the purchase summary and tracking number.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

3.1 Shipping Times

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery times:

• Italy: 24/48 hours
• Islands and remote areas: 72 hours
• International: 2-9 business days

3.2 Shipping Costs

• Italy: €6.99
• EU: Free for orders over €150
• Non-EU: Free for orders over €500

(Note: Free shipping does not apply to bulky items, for which a surcharge will be calculated at checkout.)

3.3 Shipment Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number provided by the courier (GLS, SDA, or DHL), allowing them to monitor the shipment status directly on the courier's website.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any justification. To exercise this right, customers must send a written notice via email to [email protected] and return the product intact, in its original packaging, with all included accessories and manuals.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by the seller.
