How to Request a Return

For every purchase, you can request a return on FUTURARTSHOP.com by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Return" and follow the on-screen instructions to specify the products you are returning and confirm the procedure.

You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package to request a return.

Once your return request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with the return authorization number.

Return Shipping

  • You must contact the carrier of your choice to arrange the return shipment.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except for clothing and accessories, for which return shipping costs will be covered by FUTURARTSHOP.com.

Once we receive the returned package, we will verify that:

  1. The return request was properly submitted on FUTURARTSHOP.com within the 14 working-day period.
  2. The returned items comply with our return policy.

If both conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund according to the original payment method used.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after we have successfully completed all necessary checks. These include:

  • Ensuring the return request was submitted within 14 working days from receipt of the package.
  • Verifying that the returned item(s) comply with our return conditions.

Products must be in perfect condition (e.g., CDs, DVDs, and video games must have intact packaging).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method:

  • Credit card payments → Refunded to your credit card.
  • Bank transfer or cash on delivery payments → Refunded via bank transfer.
  • PayPal payments → Refunded to your PayPal account.

Following approval, you will receive an email confirmation for the refund. The refund will appear in your account or on your card as soon as the return is processed at our warehouse and verified. Processing time depends on your bank.

If your purchase was made using a discount code, the refund will only cover the amount paid, excluding the discount applied.
