Pre-Orders on Futurartshop
With our pre-order service, you can reserve upcoming products even if they are not yet in stock. This way, you make sure you receive them as soon as they are available, avoiding stock-outs and delays.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase in advance products marked as “Available for Pre-Order” on the product page. These items are not yet ready for immediate shipping but will be dispatched as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.
The availability date shown is an estimated arrival date and may change due to production or shipping delays beyond our control.
How does payment work?
- Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase, just like regular products.
- All standard payment methods are accepted (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- If you cancel your pre-order, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order.
Shipping of pre-orders
- Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered products, it will be shipped when all items are available.
- If you prefer to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, as a consumer you are entitled to:
- Cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment by contacting our Customer Service.
- Withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after delivery, as per European Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Delays and refunds
We always do our best to meet the estimated dates. However, in case of a delay exceeding 30 days from the estimated delivery:
- You have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- We will contact you via email to choose whether to wait, replace the item, or get a refund.
